######## Projects ######## The Projects application in d3VIEW helps keep not only your data organized, but your roles and users focused on important goals and tasks while using the platform. Projects can be populated with simulations, physical tests, templates and files to help users collaborate on studying important data. **What Will Be Covered** * Creating New Projects * Adding Simulations, Physical Tests and Templates * Project Sections and Basic Overview ************ New Projects ************ To get started on using this application, you'll need to first create a new project. In this section, we'll go over the basic steps to creating one as well as a home page overview of your newly created project. Make sure to click over to your "Projects" section under the left panel application menu. .. _CreateProject: Creating a New Project ====================== From the all projects home, start by clicking on the "New Project" button in the top right corner of the page, opening up the New Project window. .. thumbnail:: /_images/Images/Projects/Projects_NewProject1.png :title: New Project Window .. centered:: :sup:`Figure 1: New Project Window` | In this window, fill out your desired specifications for the Project.
