The ``*BMS_GENERATE_SYNTHETIC_DATA`` worker has been enhanced with a new synthetic data generation option: ``HPPC Pulse``.

Overview
--------
The addition of the ``HPPC Pulse`` synthetic type enables users to generate Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization (HPPC) style data for battery modeling and analysis.
