*CURVE_ADD_STRAIN_RATE_CURVE Worker

Overview
--------

A new worker, ``*CURVE_ADD_STRAIN_RATE_CURVE``, has been added to Workflows.
This worker enables the addition of a strain rate curve to existing curve
data for enhanced material characterization.

Description
-----------

The ``*CURVE_ADD_STRAIN_RATE_CURVE`` worker allows users to define and append
a strain rate curve to a dataset. This is useful for representing material
behavior under different strain rates and enriching input data for analysis
and simulation.

Inputs
------

- **Base Curve Data**  
  The existing curve to which the strain rate curve will be added.

- **Strain Rate Curve**  
  The curve representing strain rate information to be incorporated.

- **Configuration Options (Optional)**  
  Additional parameters to control how the strain rate curve is applied.

Outputs
-------

- **Updated Curve Data**  
  The resulting dataset with the added strain rate curve.
