*CURVE_EFF_TO_TRUE_OR_ENG Worker

Overview
--------

A new worker, ``*CURVE_EFF_TO_TRUE_OR_ENG``, has been added to Workflows. This
worker converts an effective stress–strain curve into either True stress–strain
(default) or Engineering stress–strain format using an **Output Type** selection.

Description
-----------

The ``*CURVE_EFF_TO_TRUE_OR_ENG`` worker processes an input effective stress–strain
curve and transforms it into the desired representation. This enables users to
easily switch between commonly used stress–strain definitions for analysis and
simulation purposes.
