Smooth Stress Transition Added to CURVES_ENGSTRESS_SCALE_BY_SCALES

Overview
--------

The ``CURVES_ENGSTRESS_SCALE_BY_SCALES`` worker now includes support for a smooth transition between **Yield Stress** and **Ultimate Stress**.

When **Smooth Stress Transition** is enabled under the **Yield to Ultimate Stress Transition** option, the worker generates a smooth stress curve between the yield and ultimate stress regions, resulting in a more gradual and continuous stress profile.

- Added **Smooth Stress Transition** option to the ``CURVES_ENGSTRESS_SCALE_BY_SCALES`` worker
