*DEFINETABLE_ADD_STRAIN_RATE Worker

Overview
--------

A new worker, ``*DEFINETABLE_ADD_STRAIN_RATE``, has been added to Workflows.
This worker enables the addition of strain rate data to an existing
define table structure.

Description
-----------

The ``*DEFINETABLE_ADD_STRAIN_RATE`` worker allows users to incorporate
strain rate information into a define table, enhancing the representation
of material behavior across different loading rates. This is particularly
useful for simulations requiring rate-dependent material properties.

Inputs
------

- **Define Table**  
  The input table to which strain rate data will be added.

- **Strain Rate Values**  
  The strain rate data to be included in the table.

- **Configuration Options (Optional)**  
  Additional parameters to control how strain rate values are integrated.
