EIGOUT_PARSER Worker Outputs First and Last Mode Frequencies

Overview
--------

The ``EIGOUT_PARSER`` worker has been enhanced to report the **first** and **last** mode frequencies (Hz) extracted from an ``eigout`` file or simulation.

These additional outputs provide a quick summary of the modal frequency range by exposing the lowest and highest mode frequencies, making it easier to review eigenvalue analysis results and use the information in downstream workflows.
