Overview
--------

A new workflow named ``FAILURE_STRAIN_TO_COCKCROFT_LATHAM_DAMAGE`` has been added to the Workflows module. This workflow enables transformation of failure strain data into Cockcroft–Latham damage parameters for material damage evaluation and post-processing analysis.

Purpose
-------

The workflow is designed to:

- Convert failure strain inputs into Cockcroft–Latham damage criteria.
- Support material damage modeling workflows in simulation post-processing.
- Provide a standardized approach for damage parameter generation.
- Improve consistency in failure analysis across datasets.
