SIMULATION_EXPORT_JS3D Worker Enhanced with JS3D Export and Per-Part BOM Generation

Overview
--------

The ``SIMULATION_EXPORT_JS3D`` worker now exports **d3plot** files to a **JS3D** archive and generates a **Per-Part Bill of Materials (BOM)** dataset using Peacock.

This enhancement enables users to create JS3D archives for interactive model visualization while also producing a detailed BOM dataset containing information for each model part.
