What is the Rescale Apikeyupdate Command?
-----------------------------------------

The ``Server Rescale Apikeyupdate`` command checks for expired Rescale API Keys
and removes them from the api keys file to prevent the system from lockouts.

Configuration
-------------

To configure Lucy to run this command, Lucy needs a valid connection to d3VIEW,
Rescale, and the rescale api keys file.
