Server Rescale Status

What is the Rescale Status Command?
-----------------------------------

The ``Server Rescale Status`` command checks the status of job running on
Rescale based on the api keys of previously submitted HPC Jobs in d3VIEW.
Once the job status is gathered, Lucy updates the status of each HPC Job found
with the status in Rescale.

Configuration
-------------

To configure Lucy to run this command, Lucy needs a valid connection to d3VIEW,
Rescale, and the job link directory.
