CREATES A WORKFLOW FROM FILE¶
Creates a new d3VIEW workflow by importing a workflow definition file, assigning it a name, tags, and description, and optionally associating it with a project. Use this worker to programmatically register or migrate workflow templates from file-based sources into the platform.
