HPC SERVER CREATE¶
Creates a new HPC server record (admin-only). Clone a known-good baseline server (recommended) and/or supply flat fields; the model auto-sorts DB columns vs the options blob and runs the standard after-create setup (admin dir + LUCY config). Warns about practically-required fields that are missing.
