GET LAST USED HPC CONFIG

Retrieves the most recently used HPC configuration for the current user, returning its display name, unique ID, and optionally a flat key-value breakdown of all settings (server, queue, CPUs, walltime, solver, etc.). Use this worker to pre-populate HPC submission forms or audit which configuration was last applied by a user.
