SIMULATION_EXPORT_JS3D Worker Enhanced with JS3D Export and Per-Part BOM Generation

Overview

The SIMULATION_EXPORT_JS3D worker now exports d3plot files to a JS3D archive and generates a Per-Part Bill of Materials (BOM) dataset using Peacock.

This enhancement enables users to create JS3D archives for interactive model visualization while also producing a detailed BOM dataset containing information for each model part.
