CREATE A CURVE WITH POINTS¶
Constructs a curve (vector) from explicit X and Y coordinate lists supplied as comma-separated values. Use this worker whenever you need to build a custom curve inline from known point data rather than reading it from a file or simulation result.
Inputs¶
| Label | ID | Type | Default | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| X-Points | x-points | any | — | Comma-separated list of X-axis coordinate values (e.g. time or displacement) that define the abscissa of the curve; optional if X values are to be auto-generated. | |
| Y-Points | y-points | any | — | Comma-separated list of Y-axis coordinate values (e.g. force or acceleration) that define the ordinate of the curve; must have the same number of entries as X-Points. |
Outputs¶
| Label | ID | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| curve_create_from_points_output_1 | curve_create_from_points_output_1 | vector | The assembled curve as a two-column vector (X, Y) built from the supplied point lists, ready for downstream curve operations or plotting. |
