The *TAGUCHI_DESIGN_ANALYZER worker now supports SNR value for best design.

*DATASET_TAGUCHI_DESIGN_ANALYZER has new ‘SNR Value for Best Design’ options to enhance optimization analysis flexibility and includes a new ‘Target Values’ option in Workflows.

*DATASET_TAGUCHI_DESIGN_ANALYZER worker now includes new option ‘Smaller-the-better’ in the SNR value for Best Design input.
