*CURVES_SYNC_X_START_AND_END: Added a new input parameter Extrapolate in the worker to support extrapolation handling during curve synchronization.

The CURVES_SYNC_X_START_AND_END worker in Workflows has been enhanced with a new input option, Start or End Sync, providing greater control over curve alignment operations.

This enhancement allows users to selectively synchronize either the starting or ending X-values of curves, improving flexibility in data alignment and preprocessing tasks.
